Get a history of where an asset has been previously assigned or is currently assigned. Using a bar code scanner, search for a specific asset information and/or input asset information into the system. View all assets assigned to a particular location. Get real time asset statics on the types of assets currently assigned to a particular location. This is great for getting a quick inventory of the current assets assigned to a location. In addition, get a real time running total of all assets currently assigned to a particular location. Ensure the integrity of the database by checking for duplicates before information is entered into the system. If a duplicate is detected InTrek gives you a powerful set of options for modifying and/or deleting the duplicate and/or original asset. Assign a contact to a location. This is extremely useful to tracking who is responsible for assets in multiple locations. "Batch assign assets" from one location to another location. |
