Visual Time Sheet provides recording of daily time and billing information for businesses where accurate timekeeping is vital. The software's highly visual interface and on-line help make it simple for all skill levels to learn and use. A reminder can be set to encourage regular time recording. Unlimited undo is available in a session. Projects, clients, categories and activities are all user-definable, along with many other elements of the application's operation. Timekeeping can be based on intervals of 6, 10 or 15 minutes to suit the business needs and includes non-reportable, overtime, billing code and rate information. Time records can be searched by any attribute. Printed reports show daily, activity summary, weekly (by week number if required), and overtime, with a number of filter options, preview and the ability to export to a tab-delimited file. Visual Time Sheet has a very small footprint on the user's PC and requires no database licenses or drivers. The software can be simply configured for multi-user workgroups with shared data administered on a central server (no executable installation required) and consolidated reporting. Workgroup members can continue to use the software stand-alone which facilitates regular time recording when the network is not available. |
